Payment Terms

Revisions and Feedback
Website and app projects include up to 4 rounds of revisions.
Graphic design projects include 5 rounds of revisions unless otherwise agreed.
Additional revisions may be billed separately.
Content and Materials
Clients must provide necessary materials (text, images, logos, brand guidelines, etc.) unless content creation is part of the package.
If we are writing or designing content, you will be given drafts for review and approval before final delivery.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
After full payment, the final deliverables — including your website, app, and design assets — belong to you.
Any stock images, fonts, or third-party plugins remain subject to their respective licenses.
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed.
Timelines and Delays
We aim to meet all project timelines. However, delays may occur due to late feedback, content delivery, or technical challenges.
Prompt responses and clear communication help us keep your project on track.
Support and Maintenance
Support packages are available and include:
Security updates
Speed optimization
Bug fixes
Content changes
Uptime monitoring
Backup management
App support includes minor bug fixes and version updates depending on your maintenance plan.
Urgent or out-of-scope support may incur additional charges.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a project at any time in writing.
Refunds are only issued for unused portions of a service or project and do not apply to work already completed.
Kidanga may also terminate a project if communication breaks down or terms are violated.
